A.K.A. "my bonny heather," this brew was an attempt to produced something similar to (but not a clone of) the Fraoch Heather Ale that had recently appeared in a few local upscale liquor stores. Both batches so far have been fantastic, enjoyed by normal folks and beer geeks alike.
Brewed in September of 2011 and transferred to secondary after ~1.5 weeks. Transferred to a corny keg ~9 June 2012. Added extra yeast to ensure carbonation.
