This is a list of things that need to be done to the house on Carol.

Fix roof
Fix A/C drainage pipe
Re-connect fan in master bath to vent
Replace screen on master bath vent
Fix finish on wall in hall bathroom
Fix fan in hall bath (noisy, leaves coming in)
Water leak in front of kitchen (when dishwasher runs?)
Put down flooring in guest room
Replace front sprinklers?
Squeaky roof turbine/fan
Remove can in master bath ceiling
Install glass shower door in master bath
Replace long window next to front door with glass block
